Straight out of SE Portland’s notorious Felony Flats! Damian Grey is a veteran Lyricist, Producer & Certified Pro-Tools Expert with more than a decade of experience under his belt. Better known as Trafek of SE Portland’s original rap group Trash Heap, Damian’s extensive production and feature credits rival that of any Major Label Hip Hop Legend. He’s responsible for releasing a number of Underground Classics, with collaborations including Pep Love of Hieroglyphics, Lil Wayne, Jadakiss, Bad News and many more.
Damian Grey was the last of the emcee trio of Bad Habitat to join, but has since become a driving force both creatively and behind the scenes. From producing beats, to digging for movie samples; mixing and mastering to writing hooks, Damian Grey more than pulls his weight within the ranks of Bad Habitat. A driving force behind the incorporation of both the punk rock and 80’s pop elements of Bad Habitat’s sound, Damian Grey brings to the table a certain degree of old school flavor and a heavy dose of attitude! Not one to bite his tongue, Damian Grey will tear a track on any subject, and tell everyone what he thinks of anything!
