First and foremost I would like to stress that this list is in no official order but rather listed with numbers to keep track of only the number of rappers on the list. The list includes some new bloods to the underground hip hop game as well as some veterans that you would expect to see on a list of the best new underground hip hop artists of 2000-2005. This is an all time list and with your help we will get the order down. Please post your top 100, 50, 20, or at least your top 10 most favorite underground rappers.
