What can be expected from this change? One thing is for certain. They used to claim to be “hits and hip hop” now their tag line says “Portland’s Party Hits” which will probably mean less hip hop. Or to be more accurate the new branding now actually represents the music that they play since they haven’t played much hip hop since the first year they started the station in the early 2000’s when it was still on 95.5 (Now “The Game” sports talk radio).
